| Description: | We are currently seeking a highly polished, experienced professional to join our growing Electronic Health Records Department as our new Electronic Heath Records (EHR) Trainer. This position will be responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of the electronic health records software.
This is a highly technical position; the chosen candidate will be responsible for the training of all clinical and administrative personnel in various healthcare specialty groups. Additionally, the chosen candidate will be involved in the configuration, and re-engineering of practice operations to support the successful adoption of the electronic practice management and electronic health records software.
Under the direction of the Senior Vice President, the EHR Trainer will interact directly with the end users, physicians and the physician’s office staff to implement, train and support the use of the EHR software.

| Duties: | -Become an expert in the functionality of the electronic health records software,
-Analyze the requirements of a physician's office and clinical work flow in order to most effectively implement electronic practice management and electronic medical records software,
-Redesign existing workflows to leverage the efficiencies gained via an electronic process,
-Maintain communication with internal Informatics and the EHR Tech Support to ensure efficient problem resolution,
-Develop, refine and maintain a curriculum with a set of training manuals customized for individual practices,
-Evaluate all clinical and administrative personnel's progress and retention of information to most effectively meet timelines and plan for follow up training if necessary,
-Support multiple concurrent implementations at large complex facilities,
-Maintain training schedules and frequently train individuals and large groups.

| Qualifications: | Education:
4-year degree in computer science, business administration, teaching credential or equivalent experience.
Experience:
2 years clinical/healthcare operations experience preferred. Successful EMR/EHR implementation preferred. |
